TERMS OF SERVICE
First, if you're interested in a puppet mask, please know that they are NOT like a normal fursuit head. They can be heavy, and they take practice to emote properly, and if you have any spinal issues, mainly neck issues, I would advise on not getting one. Please read the Fursuit tab for a better rundown of what they're like.
Second, I would classify myself as a novice. I am still learning how to better build things, and always seeking new and better techniques. Just keep that in mind.
Payment
-I only accept USD through paypal
-I will accept payments towards the suit if the full price can't be paid off right away. But you will only recieve your suit once it's FULLY paid off.
-Shipping is not included.
-I will not start on your suit until a payment is made. And once a payment is made your spot in my que will be secured. If you don't pay you may get bumped down by others who do.
Deadlines
-I do not do deadlines.
-Sometimes a mask will stump me if I'm trying something new with it, or if a problem pops up which is normal so figuring out how to solve said problem takes time. If I'm having a problem though, I will let you know about it and what's going on.
-All I ask is for patience.
Refunds
-If you've paid and I haven't started on your suit yet, you will get a full refund.
-If you've paid and I have started on it, the level of construction will determine how much of a refund you get. This is because work has been put into it, for you, and I'll keep what I'm owed for it.
-If you're unsatisfied with your mask/suit upon arrival, I'm sorry but no refund. The work has been done and during construction I give lots of pictures and videos and show you what's going on so if something you don't like is happening, tell me or else it's not my problem.
-If you get your suit and find there's an issue with how it fits, or something is not working/broken, let me know what's happening, what's wrong and we can get it repaired/corrected right away. No charge.
-If a personal issue occurs in my life, or something comes up and I cannot complete your commission, I will give a full refund no matter what level of progress I've made on the suit.
How to commission
-DMs on Twitter. Asking for commissions in my youtube comments won't count and I never check my FA notes.
-If my status says I'm closed, I will most likely not respond to you for quotes till I am open agian.
-I would like for details on what you want to commission. Messages that just say "can I commission you" are too vague. Show me a reference sheet at least, or a short description.
-Do not ask for a commission of a regular hand puppet. I don't make those. I'm not interested in those. My puppets go on your face.
Commission requirements
-For a full suit, a duct tape dummy of your body will be needed. I can help search for DTD tutorials if needed to help you.
-For a partial, I will send a measurement sheet of everything I'll need measured.
-Please have a reference sheet of your character and any thing else you might want me to reference for the shape of the head. Like if it's a dog thing, tell/show me what kind of head shape you are looking for for it.
Communication
-I ask that you have a Discord/make one, or at least a Twitter so we can message each other in real time. FA notes/emails are just not good enough and I like to talk directly to you about what you want. Also it's my life line to keeping you informed and updated on progress so nobody is left in the dark.
-I won't blabber at you every day, but I will pop in if I've been quiet for awhile to let you know what is going on. If you however want an update don't be afraid to message me for one.
-I'm mostly active on Twitter and that's the place to go to see updates either through pictures, or clips, or even videos I put on youtube of your commission.
-If at all during the process you see something you don't like about the mask/suit, please let me know. Ultimately I want you to be happy with what you're getting.
-After completion of a mask I will send you a personal instructional video of how the mask works and how to puppet it. I will give you a link to the video on Youtube since it will be unlisted and just for you.
-If you have any questions during construction, or after you've received your mask, do not hesitate to ask. I want you to master your new face.
Preferences
-I like all animals. I like monsters. Bugs. I'm willing to try to construct just about anything, be it a normal animal, or a created species. So far I have made a lot of raptors.
-I wouldn't say my masks are super realistic, but semi? If you're looking for a more toony type of head I am willing to attempt it. If you want super realistic, I am definitely willing to try that as well. (I like realistic suits the most but do want to try toony in the future.)

Premades/parts

-As of now I am not taking commissions for parts but it's possible in the future I will.

-If you are interested in a premade I've got ready please contact me in Twitter DMs for details.

-I will include what sizes a premade will fit so make sure it will fit you before purchasing.

-As soon as a premade is paid in FULL, it will be shipped to you right away with tracking included. Payment plans can be arranged if you cannot pay in full right away but you will not receive the item till full payment is reached.

-All payment will be through Paypal at this time. You will be sent an invoice to protect us both in the process.
​
-If a premade is purchased, shipped and you find that it doesn't fit right, is uncomfortable, is broken, you can either send it back for repairs/adjustments, or request a refund.
​
-To get a full refund the items purchased must be shipped out first and have arrived in good condition with proof of tracking that you in fact sent it back. Failure to do so will result in a partial refund or none at all.

-Shipping is not included.
